The Mouse Genetics Core (MGC) is a service sponsored by the Departments of Anatomy and Neurobiology, Neurology, Medicine, Developmental Biology Department and Pediatrics. Additional support comes from the McDonnell Center for Cellular and Molecular Neurobiology, and the McDonnell Center for the Study of Higher Brain Function. The Mission of the MGC is to provide a cost-effective method for generating and maintaining genetically altered mice for the Washington University research community.
